General Terms and Conditions of “www.türkiyeindustrialparts.com” (henceforth named “TIP” in this document) and customers

 

Article 1: General

 

  • By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site.
  • Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

Article 2: Quoting and Placing Order

 

  • Quotations from TIP are not binding and without obligation for both sides.  Specifications provided (including but not limited to: dimensions, weights, color, material, and equipment) are approximations unless expressly described in the confirmation of order.
  • TIP does not have its own stores/warehouses and does not keep any stocks of any products, all the quotes are based on current availability from the suppliers.
  • By placing an Order for Products through the service, you warrant that you can legally enter into binding contracts.

 

Article 3: Price

 

  • The prices are indicated in dollars and/or Euros for the products ready for exporting (including local VAT and delivery), BUT EXCLUDING the shipping, customs duties (in the recipient country), and processing of the order. All details should be presented in the quote sent to the customer. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.
  • Any customs and/or taxes that arise in the recipient country are to be paid by the customer.

 

Article 4: Payment

 

  • Payment is due immediately on full payment on the date of the order, including for pre-order products.
  • Payment can be made through Payoneer platform. After written consent of an order, a link will be sent by Payoneer describing the process
  • A processing fee of 3% of the total bill is to be paid by the customer

 

Article 5: Delivery

 

  • Delivery is handled by third-party specialized freight companies (DHL, UPS, Aramex…etc.). The price of shipment and approximate delivery time will be provided with the offer in advance, provided the correct address was given at the quote request time, and the correct submission of product physical details from the supplier.
  • The freight pricing is based on the size and/or weight of the goods provided by the supplier. The freight company will make an actual measurement for the product at handover time, some discrepancies may occur and prices may vary a little.
  • Upon written approval, the products will be handled by the freight company and a tracking number shall be provided from their side. From this point, we have no control over the delivery and safety of the product and it all falls in the hands of the freight company
  • Delivery is made to the address specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address provided).
  • The customer should ensure the recipient of the cargo is in good condition by the freight company, if any damage is observed the customer should not accept receiving the package as it will be considered received intact and in good condition and no damage refunds/claims can be further made
  • The customer must ensure the recipient of the correct product; if the wrong product is delivered TIP should be notified in written form within 3 days from the package recipient date. Proof of wrong delivery is to be presented (different serial numbers, different specifications, etc.), and the product should not be used.

 

Article 6: Refund/Return/Canceling policy

 

  • We at TIP do not have our own stores/warehouses and any product quoted is directly supplied by our suppliers, so we do not offer refund and/or return of the products. Therefore please provide accurate details of the product (serial number, model, brand, etc.) and confirm the product details sent in the quote offered before approval and/or payment.
  • In case the order needs to be canceled after payment and before the delivery (providing the product is still with the supplier and not received by TIP), written consent needs to be sent to TIP via info@turkiyeindustrialparts.com so that arrangement can be made internally and with our suppliers. Please note that sometimes suppliers may reject canceling the order hence we will not be able to proceed with cancelation. This will be handled in case-by-case scenarios.

 

Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

 

  • At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 3 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
  • By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

 

Article 8: Your information

 

  • If a customer wishes to place an Order for Products available on the Service, the customer may be asked to supply certain information relevant to the Order including, without limitation, name, email, phone number, and shipping information.
  • Payments are processed with a third party (Payoneer platform) in which TIP has no control over its privacy policy or requirements. Please check their terms and conditions, and requirements information on their website here
